Jr. NBA Youth Basketball
This program comes as part of a new partnership with NBA Canada for ages 5-12, with three different curriculums available. JNYB focuses on the fundamental movement skills of running, jumping, throwing, catching, balance, agility, and coordination. The program also works on the development of some of the fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, rebound and playing defense.

Join the 2024 NLBA Jr NBA Program
Who: We will be offering a 10 week Jr NBA program for K-2 & Grade 3&4 Students.
Where: Cowan Heights Elementary (Sundays) &
Upper Gullies Elementary (Mondays)
Details:
1) Cowan Heights Elementary: Sunday afternoons starting January 14, 2024
Time: K-2: 345pm-430pm
2) Upper Gullies Elementary: Monday evenings starting January 15, 2024
Time: K-2: 6pm-645pm
3-4: 7pm-745pm
Cost: $200 per participant
